WEDNESDAYS

Mid Distance – 6-8 pm

Hurdles A - 5:30 - 6:45 pm

Power/Speed - 6 - 8:30pm

SATURDAYS

Mid Distance – 10 am - Noon

Sprints - 9 am - Noon

HJ/Throws/LJ/Hurdles - 10:30 - 11:15 am

Open/Yoga - 11:15 - Noon
